Beautiful setting and great food

VERY good 4 star! Not yet a five star. It is beautiful, PRICED at the top end. Breakfast is really good - this is 5 star! Supper (which can only have if you sleep over is good….. but not 5 star. There is a small selection of average wines. Service is good… But not 5 star. Beds not turned down, no “chocolate “. Welcome snack in the room was average, covered in Gladwrap plastic. The fireplace is packed , but not lit and no match to light it yourself…..perhaps only for decor… As a four star this is very good - but is not a five star hotel
