Staff super friendly! Unfortunately they didn't cleanse my face (lip and chin) before the wax or apply post-wax care so I broke out in little white bumps because of it (folliculitis). It's since turned into a full on rash and is pretty itchy. Trying to treat with antibacterial cream. So if you go, make sure they don't skip these steps. Super quick though!
