Sirina Thai Spa Bloemfontein

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. We (my sister & I) have been coming to this spa for years, but this was by far the worst massage experience we’ve ever had. My therapist talked throughout the entire massage, constantly stopping to have conversations instead of focusing on the treatment. At one point, a car pulled up outside and she actually left me lying on the massage bed to go and look through the window. There were other massage therapists and a receptionist available, so there was absolutely no reason for her to leave a client in the middle of a massage. The entire experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and lacked the relaxing atmosphere you expect from a spa. I left feeling like I hadn't even had a massage, which is incredibly disappointing considering I paid for a professional service. As a loyal customer, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this experience has made me come to the decision that I won’t go to Sirina spa ever again & I will not recommend this spa to others.

My first experience was the best.

The best

Would not recommend this places. The massage wasn’t bad, but me and my husband went for a couple massage. And they were continuously talking and laughing. Could not understand what they were saying but made one feel very uncomfortable while vulnerable and exposed. Very unprofessional reception as well.
