Very bad service Wet bedding with no wifi connection

I would NOT recommend this hotel and honestly am shocked at how positive the reviews are. While it’s nice at first glance, it needs a ton of work. The room we stayed in was spacious, the AC unit worked well. There was a large sofa in the room that looked gross. The cushion covers didn’t fit the cushions and the sofa looked beat up and nasty. The lights in the room didn’t work. There were small overhead lights that worked but those did not provide enough light in the room. Some of the light switches didn’t work at all. The WiFi also didn’t work. We were told to use the WiFi for the room next door which hardly reached our room and didn’t work majority of our stay. The safety of the room was an issue as well. The safe in our room did not work so we had no where to store valuables and on top of that there was a large patio attached to our room but the lock on the sliding door didn’t work. The patio would have been nice but there was trash and ash left on the patio. The furniture on the patio was covered in ash. Lastly, we found a package of condoms on top of the AC unit which raises concerns about the cleanliness of the room (if they weren’t already there). We also had lunch in the restaurant because our room wasn’t ready at check in. The restaurant had no menus which creates confusion and makes it difficult to order. The waitress seemed to forget about us after bringing us our food and when we went inside to pay since no one came back out, they seemed confused about the process. We had breakfast there another day and similarly, the experience was just not smooth. Overall, we wouldn’t stay again and looked forward to our stay ending.

Loch Logan Hotel is in a quiet area and street. It's peaceful. The surrounding is clean. Hotel is in a walking distance to the waterfall mall.
